On behalf of PDU, Mr. Chau Van Luong, Vice Rector hold a meeting with two delegations from Champasak and Attapeu provinces of Lao PDR and representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs, of the Department of Education and Training, and of University of Finance and Accounting and also representatives of PDU from Quang Ngai province, Vietnam.

 

 

Mr. Nguyen Van Tap, Deputy Chairman of Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association in Quang Ngai, representatives of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training gave their speech at the meeting.

 

Then the delegations visited the traditional hall of Binh Dan (Mass Education) High School of South Central Vietnam. Two teams of volunteers students (including 40 officers) from this school were sent to support the Lao Revolutionary Forces under His Highness Xuvanuvong leadership in Laos from 1948 to 1949.

 

 

The delegations visited workshops of Machenical Engineering and IT, Information and Documentation Centre, etc.

The delegations were taken to visit Memorial site of Pham Van Dong Prime Minister in Duc Tan Commune, Mo Duc District and visit some scenic spots of Quang Ngai province.

 

 

 

The two delegates from the provinces of Champasak and Attapeu of Laos PDR make the commitment to support the human resources training between Quang Ngai province (Viet Nam) and other provinces in Laos, it is also the contribution of PDU in order to concrete the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
