With the consent of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province from July 03rd to August 08th 2015, delegation from the Pham Van Dong University led by the Rector, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Dang Phuoc, visited and worked in the provinces of Attapeu and Champasak and at Champasak University (Lao PDR).
In Attapeu and Champasak, PDU delegation had a meeting with leaders, representatives of provincial departments and Champasak University as well.
At the meetings, provincial leaders of the provinces of Attapeu and Champasak informed economic and educational development; thanked to Quang Ngai People’s Committee and PDU efficient cooperation and support for the human resources training for Attapeu and Champasak in recent years.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Dang Phuoc informed the development of the province of Quang Ngai and PDU in the past years and the coming years; and specifically praised Lao students for learning results at the University, how to improve the management and training Lao students and enrollment for the academic year 2015 at PDU.
PDU delegation also had a meeting with leaders, representatives of some departments and centers of Champasak University. The two universities discussed on training cooperation, particularly training Vietnamese language for students who will be study in Vietnam, faculty/students exchanges, scientific research in some relevant fields.
