NEWS      Pham Van Dong University opens The Digital Library 08:04 10/02/2015 [1474]           On 23 May 01 2015 Pham Van Dong University held an opening ceremony of the Digital Library at the KLF Hall. Attending the opening ceremony was Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Director of the Department of Information and Communication, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tri, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, Mr. Trinh Thanh Tung, Director of the Provincial Library, Mr. Nguyen Cong Ha, CEO of Online Vina Co., Ltd. And the representatives of Pham Van Dong University was Mr. Chau Van Luong, Vice Rector, the leaders of the departments, falculties and offices and about 300 students of PDU. With the investment of Pham Van Dong University, collaboration and sharing of Online Vina Co., the Digital Library of the University of Pham Van Dong was formed and brought into use at http://thuvienso.pdu.edu.vn. This resource is shared by more than 100 universities, colleges and Quang Ngai Provincial Library, which was connected to the Digital Library. On behalf of PDU leaders, Mr. Chau Van Luong suggested online Vina Co., Ltd continually collaborating with high sense of responsibility to the readers of the Digital Library with lots of digitized valuable resources.
