1. Function:
Advise the Principal in managing and implementing the school's training work .
2. Mission:
- Advise the Principal to issue documents on training management.
- Take the lead in determining goals, scale, training development orientation, opening training majors, building enrollment targets; providing enrollment consulting.
- Monitor, guide and inspect the implementation of training and development objectives, content and methods.
- Preside over and coordinate with relevant units to develop training programs, develop output standards, organize the compilation of detailed course outlines for each training major, organize the compilation of textbooks and documents serving training work.
- Develop annual plans for teaching and learning, report on lectures and coordinate with faculties to implement teaching assignment plans, invite guest lecturers, and compile annual teaching hours of staff and lecturers.
- Develop plans and organize the implementation of cooperation and training linkage programs under the direction of the Principal.
- Standing member of the Admissions Council, Graduation Council; consider continuing studies, stopping studies, and dropping out of school. Act as the focal point in considering exam conditions, graduation conditions, and advising the Principal in considering graduation recognition, issuing diplomas, certificates, and academic results to students.
- Manage training records, student learning outcomes and diploma and certificate issuance records.
- Carry out periodic or ad hoc reporting to the Principal and competent authorities on training work.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Principal.
