On June 25th, 2017, the expert delegation of Center for Education Accreditation - The University of Da Nang (CEA - UD) conducted the preliminary investigation at Pham Van Dong University (PDU) to prepare for the official survey process according to the process of the higher education quality assessment of Ministry of Education and Training.
The delegation at PDU includes Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Quang Vinh – Vice President of UD, Director of Center for Education Accreditation – UD, delegation leader, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Thanh Viet – Secretary, Dr. Duong Mong Ha – Standing Member and MA. Phan Thi Huong – Supervisor.
Welcoming the delegation, there has Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Dang Phuoc – PDU Rector together with the members of the self-evaluation Board of PDU.
Overview of the preliminary survey at Pham Van Dong University

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Dang Phuoc - Rector of Pham Van Dong University welcomed the expert delegation to pay a visit and work at the University and confirmed that the University would support the expert delegation to fulfill the tasks.
During the time of the preliminary investigation, the expert delegation had worked with the self-evaluation Board of PDU with the main contents as follows:
- The expert delegation reported the results of the self-assessment records, informed the official survey and the requirements of facilities with the logistics which PDU needs to prepare for the official survey;
- Discuss the issues PDU needs to prepare: documents should be added; the quantity and composition of respondents; the objects are observers;
- Discuss to unite the schedule of the official survey;
- Visit and check some places where PDU has to prepare for the official survey such as working rooms, interview rooms, lounge, the hall for opening and closing ceremony of the official survey, ...
- Check the proved dossier;
At the end of the preliminary investigation, representatives of CEA – UD, leader of the expert delegation and Rector of PDU signed a memorandum confirming the preliminary survey. The time of the official survey will take place from August 14th, 2017 to August 18th, 2017.
