Collect, supplement, process, arrange materials; store and preserve archives; build searching systems to create the best conditions for faculty members and students to exploit, and use effectively existing resources and external resources;
Have in circulation 165,664 copies of books, 15,540 titles of books, 51 titles of newspapers and journals in Vietnamese and English;
Hold 114,815 copies of books, 2,587 titles of books in the Education Bookstore; 9,769 copies of books, 2,344 titles of books in Technology - Economy Bookstore;
Hold 24,419 reference books, 8,619 tittles of books in Borrowing Room; 24 titles of newspapers, 27 specialized journals in Reading Room; and 6,661 copies of books, 1,720 titles of books are being processed;
Offer high speed internet access on more than 100 computers available 12 hours/day;
Associate with the Library of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City to access resources through e-portal;
Future Development
Apply modern technological advancements to improve the processing and serving of information for research, teaching and learning of staff, faculty members and students;
Develop as a digital library.

Activities
Meet needs of learning foreign languages, informatics, information and communication technology in Quang Ngai province;
Offer courses in English at all levels, especially courses for specific purposes; translation into English, Russian and French;
Offer courses of informatics at all levels; programme and install software.
Future Development
Provide courses of IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL as well as courses at all levels of CEFR.
