Activities
- Manage and undertake academic affairs; determine objectives, scale, direct development strategies of academic affairs, open new courses/training programmes, plan annual enrolment numbers, consult on enrolment, etc;
- Supervise, guide and inspect implementation of training and fostering objectives, content and forms; Lead and coordinate relevant units to develop curricula, build learning outcomes; organize to build syllabi, etc;
- Design teaching and learning plan for every academic year;
- Standing Graduation Council of the Institution; manage profiles of training , student results and records and profiles of conferring degrees and certificates.
 

Future Development
Continue improvement, innovation, computerization management in academic affairs; Convert to the credit system; Provide new courses/training programmes to meet needs of society.
